AnswersI mailed some questions to OCO and was surprised to get some answers from PR today (!):

1. Goldcorp drill results
The company thinks, the drill results and drill core belong to OCO, but they will approach GG and hope for a voluntary hand over. They don't want to pursue the legal route.

2. Xochipala drilling
The company will "immediately file for exploration/drilling permits" with an expected start of the drill program this summer. Anticipated is a 20 hole drill program with 200-250m each, costs are expected to be around $ 1 million.

3. Private Placement
I can confirm RocketRed's statement that the company doesn't want to do a PP at these levels. If they do a PP it will be at least around $ 0.20 (last PP level).
They will most likely sell the Goldgroup shares once they have reached their fair value at a higher level. There is a VAT refund of several $ 100k outstanding as well.
They might even look into an aquisition.

These are interesting facts and I will hold my shares a little bit longer.
