I think it could be flippers but the most likely sources are RIN (Resinco) or maybe even goodl ole Brian Wesson.
With Goodman, you can make sure he does not want to lose money and I actually wonder what he wants
as a ratio of profit on this one ( hopefully at least 20 or 50 because full development this is possible).
This is my only hope for a non-rollback, I hate them and don't feel it is
neccessary when there are other debenture style debt options when dealing with the legit rich
deposit and not a junior trying to make a drill program for a hit.
