RE:RE:RE:HALTStateside,
If you look at the numbers (which I believe Fantomas already included in an earlier post), the GG deal (if you include some reasonable discout % for a NPV calculation) is about .06/sh.
Have a look at news release for the closing sale with GG for details: https://www.orocoresourcecorp.com/News-Releases/2013-09-03.html
What you'll also notice there is that for future upside and in the short term Oroco's valuation very much depends on:
i) GGA, their success at CP and their share price
ii) price of gold (particularly how much it can run past $1,250/oz)
The fact that Oroco now has uncontested rights to Xochipala obviously gives it more value, but at this point it's purely speculative as to what that is really worth.
I've been invested in Oroco for several years now, and while I am under water, I continue to hold, as the management team has done a good job of preserving capital in difficult times while waiting for the Xochipala decision and have avoided unwanted dilution in the process.
I believe the best days are ahead for Oroco and I am willing to wait around patiently for a while longer to see what that means. So I suppose in some way, I really don't care if it's worth .11 cents today or not, because at some point in the next few years, I am anticipating it being a multi-bagger from today's valuation (either to Oroco, or somebody else).
So to get to your question, you simply have to ask yourself what you think the NPV of Xochipala is today (plus all the other intangibles) and if you think it's worth at least $4M (~$0.05/sh) then you're sitting at about $0.11/sh total.
