At the end of 2005 the company had about 25 million shares outstanding, the stock traded at 50 cents, and John Carlesso was President. Since then a number of guys have been at the helm with Neil Ringdahl the most recent. During the last 9 or 10 years management has diluted the company to 375 million outstanding shares and the price is now at a historic low and still no sustained commercial production just a decade of BS press releases and some followers are convinced shareholders are about to be rewarded. Boys and girls based on this history I have my doubts about the future but feel free to dump more money into this black hole if you think the company is about to strike it rich. Just remember this history lesson if you get screwed, again.
