1.8 billion were the construction costs after cost overrun. That was the reason why this stock is at this level. El Boleo is a huge mine. Do your DD before making statements in form of questions to ... Baja did a lot of exploration. This is not the state of the project now. The state is the phase of the start of commissioning the copper circuit. Written with my tablet, sorry for typos :-)
