shareholders coalition

shareholders coalition I am studying the option of setting up a shareholder coalition to push the board to accept a deal if the price is right, and in case the board was to refuse a proper premium from a credible buyer, the coalition can eventually vote in favour of a deal if it comes to a vote.

If you own over 100K shares and you are supportive of a deal, send me a note so we can review our options. Please note this is purely a consultation at this point and not a solicitation to form a group.

If an agreement is reached between shareholders, and if we were to exceed the 10% collective ownership threshold an early warning report may need to be filed.

Nawar
