Web Site Under Construction GREAT NEWS

Web Site Under Construction GREAT NEWSI can only like of good reasons why anyone would pull their website down such as Woulfe did this week..
1) First Page - Financing secure!!
2) Stock Promoting
3) Updated photos to show the mine ready to produce
4) Photo with IMC shaking hands!!
5) Photo with all of the Shareholders high fiving eachother - lol

Who takes down a website and puts UNDER CONSTRUCTION to give the rest of the world BAD NEWS when its relaunched?? 
I will also add that companies would not even bother to put Under Construction if there was problems...they would just let the website die with no updates.

Can't wait for the next 2 weeks!!!!!
