Financing Closed YesterdayThat's a positive.  No mention of who or what Fund took down the $0.64 private placement, but at least it closed and NRG now has $5 million in cash influx.

Now they'll need some news on sales or something to sustain the current share price in my opinion.

Chart is looking a bit over bought, but with some positive news it won't matter.  Good luck.
