That would be on the low side any way you look at it. The way I see it, they've been pretty aggressive in what they've done so far and trying to lowball the rest of the shareholders that they need to corporate would be a risk that they shouldn't bother trying to take at this point. The best thing they can do is give a fair offer that might not be as good as what some people would hope for (ie still below what we think Longview is really worth) but high enough that everyone in at the $5'ish level would accept willingly. Probably closer to $6.
