RE:RE:RE:Lowering my expectationsWe get it, you don't agree with the financing.  Guess what your complaining is not going to reverse it nor is it going to have any effect on how others perceive the management of TMM. 

Take a look at CSI, JAG, GBG or numerous other companies that were obliterated because management didn't have the foresight to raise money when they were able to and were relying on projections to plan their future.  This is gold mining, things can go wrong, projections are rarely 100% accurate and when things go wrong for cash starved companies, its over.

TMM has one producing asset so it is especially vulnerable to a mishap, consider this money some level of insurance should they run into trouble or projections do not come to fruition.  Knowing that they would be able to survive a mishap and would not be forced into bankruptcy should something go wrong adds some level of confidence to the company. 

That being said it is over and done with and TMM remains in a good position going forward.
