Bobby, you know as well as I do that CIBC's "buying" is meaningless. CIBC is probably the biggest trading house in Canada. They are excellent employers of high frequency trading. I'm sure if you look back over a year you would find that indeed most of the trading, buying AND selling, of AAA has been done by CIBC.
   It amazes me that you would cite CIBC's trading as though their was some serious accumulation going on.
   Raymond James, on the other hand, may be building up a holding. After all they do have a target price well higher than here. I wonder what they will do if we have no financing by Summer.
