There's a reason why it's sitting at this level.
Hey, I like TNG.
Mid-term and Long term looks great.

If you look at it from that angle - if the financier was getting stock and options for his financing wouldn't it be in his best interest to get as many shares / options as he can for his money?
Ergo, the lower the share price at the time of financing - the more stocks and options in his pockets and the hell with the small-time investors, because it's a big boy's game.

As unethical as that seems - yes, I have seen it hundreds of times - a company announces the possibility of a financing and the next thing you know the share price is running to the ground. When the financing is finalized it is no where near the original planned mark and the difference in share price is a huge gain to the financier because he's been shorting the shares to leverage his deal. It's a win-win for him and a kick in the stomach to the individual investors.

I wouldn't swear on a stack of bibles, but maybe Global's dropped their support in hopes of getting TNG to re-price the financing - since the share price is now lower than their agreed-upon deal.

There's a reason why all the negative nellies have been posting day in and day out to try and discredit the company, its products and its officers since before this deal was announced.

Like I said back in January - it happens ALL the time on the Venture!
