RugR2000...MF to his credit has a substantial equity ownership but he is the only director who does, and he is not an officer. For example, S. McEwen only owns 58,500 shares, and he well-compensated for perhaps the easiest CFO job in the country given the nature of the business. As well, he has a VP Finance reporting to him. I can't imagine how he keeps busy all-day long.
