Anything we should be worried about?
"previously issued environmental permits could be invalid"

It is hard to find the exact area they are talking about. However, the town they refer to is Riverton, WY. The distance from Riverton to the LC site is >100 miles. They state the area in question is 1,000,000 acres or 1562 sq miles. This would be about 39.5 linear miles if the area were a square. Or 40% of the distance to LC if the area BEGAN in Riverton (it almost certainly begins W of Riverton, which is further from LC). Furthermore, another article I read states that the EPA has stated the tribe has rights regarding environmental impact within 50 miles of their reserve. This would not come anywhere near Lost Creek or URE's other properties.

So, unless the 1,000,000 acres in question is some sort of narrow corridor down to LC (which it doesn't sound like is the case), it would not include URE's properties. Interesting precedent, however. I highly doubt this will stand as is after appeal.

In summary, it looks almost certain that this does not affect URE. If anybody has further information, please post it.
