A brighter and clearer picture ahead of us

A brighter and clearer picture ahead of usThe PP is dilutive (37,4 % with all the warrants), but removes lots of overhang, which are :
- Having a serious backer to move ahead the project
- An offtake agreement (don't the terms but yet they committed to a Take or pay agreement on 80% of production) to secure financing.
- Providing the required capital to secure financing (would have prefer better terms, but still we are better off with a strategie partner than a retail PP).

I don't understand why so many people on this board are discontent with this annoncement. We now have a clearer picture on the future...

What argument are to be against this whole agreement other than dilution (which would be inevitable)?
