Could one of you wizards please explain this clause to me? "From and after the date hereof, and at any time after the date which is twelve months from the date hereof (the "Grace Period") provided ICL beneficially owns securities acquired from Allana representing 7.5% of the fully diluted Common Shares of Allana, ICL will have a right of first refusal on the direct or indirect disposition of Allana's interest in the Project.
