Mylie. I know that statement is way above your IQ.

Upon ICL being fully commiting to 7.5% of the announced deal (from today's announcement), if a take out offer comes for AAA to be bought out, then ICL has first right of refusal to match that offer (& buy AAA's interest) for up to 12 months from today's date.

In other words, 'ICL can match any buyout deal of AAA for the next 12 months".
