You think ARW is worth the same as HME???? Go back to school and learn some basic math.

HME has a consistant production history and with this last financing and the warrants now in the money will have 4 million in cash with no debt, are not subject to the same over riding royaties as ARW and have three horizontal wells being tied in. Book is 10X that of ARW 

ARW sells for 8 x book HME sells for 2 x book based on sept financials. If ARW is under priced then HME is more so and that is a basic fact
