RE:RE:RE:Book Value ..it's simple cashtango, A poster asked for an explanation as to why the valuation difference between SMF and EDV. The answer I gave, debt, was factual and a possible reason for the difference in valuations. For the record I still own a small position in both. I also think EDV are reasonably good operators and am also aware there is some very smart money backing this company. Re: $1000 gold or lower for that matter, it's still a very real risk. It's nice to dream about what will happen if POG goes back north of $1400 but you can't ignore the risks either. Which leads me to AGG. AGG's Kobada will make money if POG goes south of $800. EDV or SMF or most other operators won't. Sort of takes a little risk out even if it is Mali. They have sufficient cash to complete their full feasibility and this will be completed by end of Q1 or early Q2 this year. The feasibility will speak for itself. Re: $0.19 stock, well all's I can say is that's opportunity knocking when you can buy an asset that's worth a $1.50 per share for $0.19. Do tell what gold exploreco and miner out there hasn't had their SP clobbered since 2011. Have you looked at EDV's or SMF's 3 year chart??? I fully understand there are posters out there that may consider the comments about AGG spam. I'd like to point out that I heard about ATC, CNL, ARU, VEN and others on BB forums that weren't specific to the respective companies mentioned, invested in them and made money, in some cases a lot of money. I personally appreciate it when posters offer up some well intentioned investment tips on BB's. Every individual can do their own DD and make their own decision as to whether to explore an opportunity or not. Cashtango, feel free to put me on ignore. You'll be # 6 in years of posting on SH.
