This says it all, the only ones who didn't benefit from this transactions were the existing shareholders.
ICL got a great deal - don't look for much in the way of support here. They don't even need the potash for another 17 yrs.
Allana - will be a going concern but most important management now have secured jobs. Will continue to issue free stock which will eventually reduce existing shareholders to minimum ownership.
Ethiopia - will eventually gain from the developement of their agriculture
Africa- will get free or very cheap potash
Shareholders - ???
This deal sucks and the market knows it. ICL won't have to exercise thier options, will be able to buy this company openly on the market at less than .5 and .55.
Farhad must have been desperate.
