If you were ICL, how much would you give to Allana?

If you were ICL, how much would you give to Allana?Guys the most important question is if you were ICL how much would you give to Allana? The premium could be a lot lower. ICL has the expertise, the reputation, etc. Allana is lucky to get them. At 0,435$ it would be still a good deal. Stop thinking short-term you need to have a bigger vision and watch the reality.

Honestly, business is all a question of trust.

Now we can be sure that Allana will go in production with this partnership and get financing. It is not only a question of price... (0,47). The take-or-pay offer for at least 80% of the production is huge! It worths a lot! The only problem Allana will face is going to be the volatilty in potash price.

I would be really surprise to know what would be your offer....
