RE:RE:Preferred shares
RE:RE:Preferred sharesCorrect, and yet, they also can't scoop the asset if everyone votes AGAINST the creation of a class of preferred shares, for, at this point, the ONLY reason for a class of preferred shares is as a pre-amble aganist a run on the companies assets during reorganization, something that will then become desireable to Dundee as it might allow them to take sole control of the Sangdong mine.
Paranoid? Maybe. But I currently see NO need for "preferred" shares when Dundee is already getting shares far far cheaper than had they tried to buy an equal number of shares at market price.
The current price is reflective of NO VOLUME, which means its not a reasonable meter of the companies value. Dundee knows this and is exploiting the hell out of it.
I submit the proposal be changed to not allow preferred stock and to first offer the common stock, proportionally, in an identical offer to minority shareholders, and then give Dundee the chance to buy what was refused rather than giving them first offer for the financing. Further the debenture has to be turned into COMMON stock. If there ever is a class of preferrred stock created then we're not longer quite equal anymore, are we?
