DNT Valued at $3.75/share

DNT Valued at $3.75/shareAgreed money is required. DNT has optioned out Arikepay copper-gold porphyry project as per the news release Dec12/13 to help the cash flow. https://www.candentecopper.com/s/NewsReleases.asp?ReportID=615544 They have also cut back on a lot of expenditures to preserve cash. Why they didn’t hold on to some of the cash they had to ensure they could finish Norte is probably a more complicated answer but facts are that it is gone and dwelling on it will not solve anything. Selling properties to raise cash sound good but I don’t think selling Sur in particular is a good idea. The facts are Sur will considerably increase the pounds of copper in the ground already established at Norte. Norte’s infrastructure can be used for the Sur deposit; meaning there is no extra costs to develop the deposit other than to dig up the metals and transport to the Norte site. Norte combined with Sur makes for a HUGE deposit splitting them up just makes them both less attractive. Soon DNT will be approached to sell or joint venture with a Mid-Tier producer. The producer will be looking at Norte and Sur together to establish the market price. Based on some analysis from some institutions Norte and Sur combined should fetch roughly $3.75/share. In the past Norte could have fetched about $4-$5/share on its own but given the economic climate the $3.75/share is more realistic and the price includes Norte and Sur together. It has been noted J. Freeze rejected a $2.00/share offer years ago letting the investment community know she wanted nothing less than $4.00/share. Times have changed for the good and the bad, the good is that Norte and Sur equal a world class deposit worthy of at least $3.75/share, the bad is that investors could have got a lot more per share in the past for this size of a deposit. The producers interested in purchasing or joint venturing understand the current economic environment and know that if they want to secure a large deposit the best time to do it is now at a discount before the economy is booming again and they need to a pay a premium. Money can be found and usually the smart money already has it and are waiting to pounce on their target.
