Well, Advantage got taken advantage of and if I was an Advantage shareholder I would have been very frustrated with how poorly they handled their sale of Longview. They also took below market because they were desperate for a quick cash only deal. They had their backs against the wall and there were many reasons why they got far less than they should have, not all of those reasons should negatively impact the actual sale of Longview now. Buyers market? Maybe so, but the valuation of the RPL deal would make me pretty happy. RPL has some aspects in its favor, but other aspects are in Longview's favor. RPL was in a worse situation than Longview, but had the benefit of a higher oil weighting. But it's not like Longview's oil weighting is poor. You could argue in either direction.
