someone with a large position dumped.. but.. someone else picked it up.. I put in a low ball order at 5.44 but I don't think it will get filled..hasn't yet at least.. trying to pick the exact bottom is for suckers.. but call me a sucker this time.. might regret this on a few weeks.. personally I think this stock has everything you want.  Oil by rail is going to be a massive cash flow for this stock and has all the market buzz.. just look at cp and cn.. plus the chemical side had this stock at 9 bucks.. we're all trying to find the bottom and get in.. for me.. I hope its 4 cents lower then it is now..
