RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Kay Priestly email

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Kay Priestly email"It is clear to me that the Mongols are desperate to finally do the deal" Common sense would say so, but it is not normally distributed among GOM members and MPs, so with 3 years investing in Mongolia I would say: Not yet! Words from government officials during roadshows in nov are just words as usual and either there is no action, or the wrong actions, or they want to take actions but cannot execute. While some at the top DO understand they need FDI (fresh discovery for many...i.e. less than a year!) they are clearly NOT ready to do what it takes TO DEAL now. They are not ready to face the POTENTIAL consequences (included political) of what a deal on OT implies, so for now, Mongolians at large DO FACE DAILY and WILL FACE IN THE COMING DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS, YEARS, the cost of those major mistakes. and the more GOM delays the inevitable (as it had been doing with side shows for 9 months) the more difficult it is and will be. Land of moral hazard!
