RE:Bad deal for Junex and QuebecWith all due respect, I don't think this is a nationalization. It is a JV and not unlike other JV's in the oil and gas sector.

Of course it is wildly inconsistent to condemn fracking for gas and allow it for oil: but I think this is a positive development that may lead to other deals that establish an O&G industry in Quebec. Certailnly, it is a beginning, and the stock market seems to be taking it as a positive.

I am hopeful that the moratorium on fracking is de facto, over, both for oil and for gas....
