Our neighbor (Tourmaline)

Our neighbor (Tourmaline)From TOU's press release dated January 6th 2014

The most recent six well Montney pad in Sunrise-Dawson produced at an initial combined rate of 70 mmcfpd of natural gas, two of the wells also produced at a combined rate of 2,100 bpd of condensate from a new extensive Montney horizon. Several step-outs to this condensate rich horizon are planned during the first half of 2014.

TOU's 6 well pad is directly adjacent to CTA's acerage.  Obviously IP test isn't equal to IP90 or beyond, but that pad (on one section of land)  tested well above CTA's entire corporate production.  If CTA can produce from the lower Montney on their land (right next door)......the market is going to like it IMO.

Good managment, good assets, reasonable corporate structure.......and it trades at a significant discount to its peer group.  How long is that going to last?
