will the FS (feasability study) be the catalyst that EPO

will the FS (feasability study) be the catalyst that EPO needs. Is the FS the last piece of the puzzle. I believe it is approximately 60 days until the FS is released. Is this 60 day loan coincidental with the release of the FS. All this speculation.
