Yes, Atac's resource estimate will have to be confirmed and industry-vertified. However, there's nothing stopping them from running the numbers at this stage. It would nice inside knowledge to have and it wouldn't be announced. I'm just spectulating, but there is a good reason for this rise and this possibility fits nicely.
