WHY we need to support and contribute to this effortGuys,
The facts are favorable to all the common shareholders. Part 1 of the latest Seeking Alpha article incorporates factual information about the reasons why the mgmt team is exposed to several illegal activities that include (but are not limited to) fraud, mislead investors, insider trading, and pre-packaged bankruptcy.
I am 200% sure that Part 2 will incorporate a lot of additional facts too.
Part 2 will be syndicated at Yahoo finance by this Monday or Tuesday the latest.
Do not allow some UNSCRUPULOUS mgmt rip you off and laugh at you all the way to the bank.
Assuming you have 100,000 shares and TID gets an offer of 25 cents per share which is very low according to Walter's statements, you will get $25,000 back from your investment.
So it is worthwhile contributing $50 to get $25,000. Only the lottery ticket can give you higher returns.
If the Counsel is not hired, the game will be lost and we will receive NOTHING.
I just contributed too.
