I am sticking to the fundamentals and that Ned Goodman of Dundee Capital and (IMC) part of the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies headed by Warren Buffett have a great desire to develop the Sangdong Project into one of the World's largest Tunsgsten Producing Mines. ( I believe the crew at the site are still working toward the same objective headed by Sang Bum Lee a Korean National Engineer).

If they are talking about Preferred Shares it means that it is a fundamental preparation and in agreement of what Hubert  Marleau said at the WOF's AGM, Nov 29, 2013, that WOF will be moving from a speculative stock to a Major Tungsten Producing Mine. ( Most Blue Chip stocks have Preferred Shares, how many penny stocks have Preferred shares)???.

a) There are people who make things happen. ( I believe Ned Goodman will )

b) There are people who watch things happen. ( many do )

c) AND; There are people who will say, " What Happen"  ( like every building, it must have a strong foundation before it builds up toward it's 55 ft floor. ( And; don't ask me what is the moral of the story as I may only have an answer at the end of February 2014)
