Bidders?

Bidders?very few serious players in the rough diamond business from where I stand....and I think that there is a low probability of anyone attempting to buy MPV except for Debeers. Very low, almost zero.  I wont say zero because the future cant ever be predicted with absolute certainty.  What would a DeBeers competitor be buying into?  Unless there was a pre-arranged deal with DeBeers, they would be buying into a situation just like the TIGS find themselves-a project in which they dont control the decision making.  Do you think Dominion Resources Board of Directors would even consider that for more than one nano second?  What would they say to their shareholders if they bought MPV and then DeBeers elected to sit on the asset for years to smoke them out?  They would look like absolute fools, unless they  had contractual assurances that DeBeers would move the project forward, or the buyout was contingent on a  restructured joint venture agreement. Its a real low probability that anything like that will happen until the mine is well under construction or near operational.  We arent there yet.  Follow the money....its as simple as that.  The big bucks required to bring this asset to production are now in play.  Lets see who is going to be providing them. Immediately upon making some sort of big money comittment towards construction, the entire situational dynamic changes.  We arent there yet. I READ a lot of words in press releases, but PR's dont finance mines. Money makes it happen.
