There are tmes when the bid and ask prices are the same. Usually a sig
n that a stock is trending up or down. Lots of computer driven trades and a broker will put in small "iceberg" orders say in 100 lots so stock won't go up or down too quickly . Lots of small manipulation going on so buyers and sellers can get the price they want don't ya know
