Hideaway, I feel your pain and frustration, but trust mgmt is focusing on all the issues you mention and will release news when they can.  I think they're hoping to get a couple of these issues favorably resolved before another offering.  The stock is so thinly traded it can sky rocket on any decent news.  I guess it's easy for me to say as I'm sitting on close to a 50% profit, but hard if you are in at a higher price.  I just sold some to buy shs in what I perceived as another good little company, so if my record holds true, HUD ought to make its move shortly and I'll be regretting it!
