Fact and fictionGentlemen
Each of you have made derogitory statements against my good name. Libel is name calling. I have not called anyone names or intended to defame character. I have simply pointed out that the statements made by the corporate representative have not been satisfied. Sticks and stones.
I call 'em like I see 'em and often use imperial evidence to back my claims, the same cannot be said for some of you. Some are no better than school playground bullies and should be treated as such.
As you want examples, here are quotes from the presentation to the Cree nation and 43-101.
I suggest every person invested in MTO reads Table 22.11 from the 43-101 outlining the impact of grade on profitability of mining. At a grade of 6.17 g/t cash flow is cut nearly in half and NPV at 10% dicount is only 34.8 million thus indicating shares are overvalued by 30% today. Remember the rules of mining. "
outright purchase is equal to half the NPV typically calculated." We invested more than $ 85 million at Bachelor since we acquired it in
2005.
A rod mill was commissioned in February 2010 increasing grinding capacity to
over 1,000 tonnes per day.
Achieve full commercial production in Q3 2012 averaging 5,000 oz per month.
NPV of $ 76 million before taxes at $ 1 271 per oz Au.
Bachelor is an underground mine planned at 800 tpd grading 7,4 gpt.
Planned operating cost of $ 600 per oz
Under the mine closure plan, the costs of site closure are estimated at $2,900,000.
Approximately $1,529,000 is reserved for restoration of stockpile areas and 70 percent
of this amount will be deposited in guarantee to the MRNF (approximately $1,071,000).
22.9 Royalties
The Bachelor Lake property has four royalties:
• The first royalty is 2% of the revenue with Con Copper up to a maximum of
$1,750.000.
• The second is 2% of the revenue generated from the Hewfran claims portion of the
property with Teck Corporation.
• The third royalty is 1% of the revenue generated from the Bachelor claims portion with
Halo Resource.
• The fourth royalty is 0.25% of the revenue generated from the Bachelor claims portion
with Wolfden Resource.
