bobee........If you were to sell your house, would you sell it when the housing market has crashed or would you wait for the housing market to recover somewhat???? If you were to sell at the bottom you would be losing alot of value....that's what I see here with this deal...Farhad & Company should have waited for some kind of recovery before jumping the gun and signing this deal....ICL may have come back with a little more on the table or maybe not...Maybe other mining companies as suggested by management or maybe not....but if the sector is expected to see some recovery in near future, then why not put off a little while longer...good things are worth waiting for.....I think the company got anxious and needed to secure large financing with the lenders and that's why they  did something up now instead of waiting...Maybe they feel the market for potash is long away from recovery or worried there maybe not a better deal anytime soon...the technical stuff is a song & dance....you can buy technical expertise.....ICL waited for the bottom and that's when they decided to negotiate pricing...well if you look at it, we were coming off a real LOW sp....32 ish is when they got out the calculator....think about it Bobee....
