The second was an example of a producer providing info on what it is producing, and prices. The point being that regardless of how big or small the company is transparency builds confidence.
The post was to demonstrate that a company can be transparent. A private company does not have to be but if it does not build confidence prior to an IPO it probably will raise capital on a less favorable basis.
I want FMS to sell at as a high a price as possible. I want Grafoid to also.
Some think dumb postsupporting management on everything they do helps the share price. I do not.
What builds confidence? Don Baxter. The PEA. Also York's almost monthly open market stock purchases.
What undermines confidence? A non binding offtake agreement . Not knowing the percentage interest in Grafoid. Grafoids capitalization or the shares outstanding on a diluted basis. Statements that Grafoid is mass producing in bulk at low cost with no data to supporr these claims.
