I believe the two thirds Hans is referring to is two thirds of the max they can ship to the mill per month.

Here are my rough calculations..

Gold price per ounce 1500
Cost per ounce 700

Profit per ounce 800 x
Tonnes per Month 2000 x
Months per year 12 x
Grade per tonne 0.5 x
Ownership split 0.5 x
Recovery rate 0.85 x
After royalty 0.95 =
Pre tax Earnings 3,876,000 USD

Silver Hart
Silver price 20 USD
Cost per ounce 10 USD
Bulk sample 4000 tonnes
Grade 100oz per tonne
Total silver 400,000 oz
Pre tax earnings 4,000,000 USD

That would give us annual pre tax earnings greater than our market cap.
