RE:How do you get the oil out.Have you read the constitution? It's not in the hands of the central government, power is not to be centralised AGAIN. KRG have the right to develop NEW oil fields and manage their export, as long as the revenue is divided according the constitutions 83% to Bagdad and 17% to the Kurds. And there is a way out for the oil, oil is beeing transported as we speak to Turkish port of Ceyhan and reportedly beeing stored in tanks awaiting a deal regarding how the revenue should be handled, but they won't wait for much longer.
