Summary
(from last analysis - 02/24/2013)
Besra Gold is an undervalued emerging mid tier producer. They are a likely 5 bagger and a potential 10 bagger. They have 4 million oz of gold at 1.4 gpt and a fully diluted market cap of only $92 million. Investors have stayed away because they have $49 million in debt and only $4 million in cash. Plus, they have high cash costs at $950 and low cash flow of $16 million. Production is at 60,000 oz, and both of their producing mines in Vietnam have low resources (700,000 oz combined). Plus, they are highly diluted with 526 million fully diluted shares. With all of these red flags, you can see why it has a low market cap.
This is a growth company with a good management team. They have a large 30,000 acre property in Malaysia (Bau) that has 3.2 million oz at 1.4 gpt. It is a shallow surface mine and is going to be very profitable. It is currently undergoing a mine scoping study and production is likely in 2015. Plus, they are drilling in the Philippines on a 10,000 acre property (Capcapo) that looks like another mine. Yes, this is a high risk speculation stock. But it has a very good chance of being a 10 bagger long term, once they get their balance sheet in better shape.
