The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

touching the 52 week low....paying a 3.76% dividend and oversold.....out of favor and thats the time to buy....looking at 3 year chart its at the bottom....target range for price is $32.00 to $41.50.....collecting a nice dividend to wait....really cheap...maybe takeout potential....time will tell...good luck longs....BB28
