RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:From the TD Yes that is correct NOW, as the stock is trading at a buck. For me, I backed the truck up at 10 and 11 cent warrants. The shares were trading around 80 I believe. That means I need the stock to cross 1.11 to break even.....if I convert. If the stock goes to 2$ I make about 89.c a share. The shares were trading around the .80 mark. So I was able to leverage myself at a ratio of 7 to 1 vs buying the shares outright. Obviously I am now playing with the houses money. But at the time it allowed me play this stock at a much higher margin without putting up the cash outright.
Now, you would be betting that the stock will go higher than 1.40 to break even. But in the meantime you could trade the warrants, and possibly make a larger profit percentage wise, but make less in the conversion ie If the stock hits 2$ you make .60 cents a share converted.. But the warrants may be .80 or .90.....100% gain directly.
That was my math
Good Luck
