FURTHER AMENDMENT/EXTENSION SIGNED BY EARTHWORKS WITH
NORTH BAY CORPORATION
 
Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to announce that, having paid a further USD $100,000 to North Bay Corporation (“NB”), an Amendment has been signed with NB extending the date that a next payment is due to NB from March 2, 2014 to May 15, 2014.  With the latest payment made the Company has now paid a total of USD $400,000 to NB on account of the monies owing to NB.
 
The Company has also completed the filing of a formal Opening Brief with the United States Department of the Interior - Interior Board of Indian Appeals - which was the next step required of the Company in its appeal of the purported termination of its Cortina Lease.   The Company looks forward to a favourable resolution of this issue, enabling it to move forward with its Cortina Project.
