Actually...dosen't say much at all...like most of your posts Yak(a)azz...what's a matter
they ban you for life under the old alias huh clown?

Or were you to embarassed when called out to the dancefloor and posted
my average cost and sales at .53 cents per share to remove my principal
to continue to post under the old Yak(a)azz alias?..by the way...
this one mbbttfb ain't to inventive either...guess you don't know
how to spell a name using a vowel or two huh?

Here's one that two consecutive same vowels in a row that
you could claim the status for the rest of your life...F O  O  L.

I have seen ...on one of my own stocks...V.MCC Magor Corp...a 90 MA at the time
of appx .38 per share and a 30day MA at the time in the low .40's...announce
a PP in the .30strike target-and walk the stock down accordingly...then at .30
walk it down to .25-a 2nd lowering of the strike.

On the closing of the PP the company comes out and says the PP was highly
successfull and filled by a syndicate of mutual funds and high net worth capital
crunchers-and investment side banking.

Typically-and I have been in talks of this nature-there is a promise for future
capital comittement-access to doors that would otherwise remain closed-introduction
to tables of deal makers and company makes and the power brokers-all that you can imagine
from the movie Wall Street or to Big to Fail and more...when these types of sweetheart deals are made-typically you hold your nose when their announced tho cuz as a common shareholder they often reek and stink at the same time but even if you scream blue murder they go thru anyways.

Are they fatal as in harm or just hard to accept as in hurt?

No..they are not fatal...case in point a month after closing the .25 twice lowered PP on
MCC to that mark? the share price was in the .40s again and even into the low .50's...on low
volume somedays and higher than usual volume on other days-on no news and still trends'between .33 and .45 on any given day recovering back to what it was trading at
prior to the PP being announced-and stil trending positive ground despite nothing material out in half a years time related to sales/orders...deals...JV's etc etc.

I trust that will be the case here.

My immediate reaction in seeing the PP lowered is WTF? and a emotional based response to sell my remaining position in TNG that is all profit-since removing my principal and then some at .53 as I suggested any and all on this thread and others to do..go large and come early and sell half on ANY DOUBLE ON THIS STOCK OR ANY OTHER ONE FOR THAT MATTER.....but the rational side kicks in and says nothings changed....other than a nickel on a strike for a PP financing-what should be noted is the pricing on the warrants represents well over 50% return from a .20 baseline for them to ever be exercised and in the money.

I trust Guptka won't be quiet for to long-or invisible much longer either.

You go on about most of the other inhabititants of this thread not understanding the gaming market and licensing...in your case your nothing but a game-an no license to operate
under such low playing requirements-has ever existed prior.

So congratulations-you've taken foolishness to another level and made a devils playground commmentary-a full ring circus.

But...you wear it well.
