I dunno....pumpers have been saying, to the moon once Allana gets:  the mining lic, financing, offtakes....with each seeming achievement the PPS goes down, maybe it would be better for shareholders if nothing had been achieved...then people would be buying a story instead of the actual deals, obviously the market has not been impressed with the performance here.
