RE:RE:Shell and EnergulfOne strange detail is that Gazania/Shaanxi Yuyang had to deposit 4mil $ as a guarantee to be named as operator and get 75% of the block.I have not heard of that before in Namibia.
That maybe could point to that Gazania/Shaanxi Yuyang is owned buy a group of investors.
