RE:RE:RE:RE:Reality of the situationThis could be a tough sell. Based on approximate $80-85,000 per producing boe, this should go for at least $7 or even $8. On the other hand the market never traded it so high, and then a surprised $4.45 secondary. It was considered a boring stock moving sideways with the main purpose of feeding the dividend to AAV.

We don't know any details about the general offer, negotiations and how much the"Interesting Party" paid to the underwriters. We don't even know the name of this party.

The stock needs to trade higher to get a good deal. In the meantime I am happy to hold it for the dividend...  I was too slow typing $4.67 this morning. It traded in the area but I got no fill.
