That's DD, short for Due Dilligence...not to be confused with D&D, or dungeons and dragons.

I was asking for the maximum number of shares the company can issue, and a link to the info.

Bobby, you must have it....don't tell me you invested in a stock without checking for somenthing so utterly basic.
