Enwave Circular

Enwave CircularI think most of us probably throw out the proxy votes that come in our AGM notice; however, I encourage shareholders to rethink this and vote. From my read, it seems that Enwave would like to amend the Share Option Plan to improve it for our executives. This while our share price hovers at a 3 year low. I say "no". If these guys think they are unfairly compensated, let them leave. I have seen very little that deserves better compensation at the expense of shareholders. If you agree, make sure you vote. I doubt we have the votes to defeat this but if enough vote, perhaps they will think harder next time.
